Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, please contact us at support@therafy.co. Note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, replacement requests must be submitted within 15 days from the date of delivery. After this period, replacement requests may not be eligible for approval.

For damaged or defective items, we will request a video as confirmation. Once confirmed, we will authorize a replacement to be sent free of charge.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if the damage was caused by customer misuse and not due to a defect or malfunction. Please contact us as soon as you detect any issues and provide evidence for review.

Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must return the item. Contact us at support@therafy.co for return instructions. Once we receive the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at support@therafy.co.
